Country Conservation has demonstrated that it is able to offer a reliable and effective service to maintain land under the management of localised Wildlife Trusts, the National Trust, County Councils and other landowners who have established agreements with Natural England.
This ability has been achieved significantly as a result of investment in modern machinery which is designed to be safe within very challenging environments. The backbone of the business is an Aebi steep terrain tractor imported from Switzerland which can be equipped to cut and if required also collect plant material. The tractor can also operate a sprayer, grass mowers, post banger and bracken roller.
